I am getting errors, what now?
If you are using a trial version
Open a support ticket with problem description just as if you are a customer - as trials are time-limited, we know you have a fairly recent version of our application and we will be able to quickly help you out.
If you are a customer and using the latest version of our application
Please open a support ticket with enough information for us to fully understand your problem. If possible, give us a reproducible test case (just ask and we'll send you a Dropbox link where you can upload your large files).

If you are a customer and using older version of our application
If your maintenance expired, please renew your maintenance and upgrade the application to latest version. If your maintenance is valid, log into our website, download latest version and install over the one you have.
Then see if the problem went away. We constantly improve our applications and fix all problems reported to us.
